Although we're just minutes from I-270 and Midcounty Highway, you'll feel miles away in our secluded community. Located  on 18 beautifully landscaped acres in Gaithersburg, MD, Hunt Club is a retreat surrounded by towering trees and green lawns.

Inside our community you can spend time relaxing in the pool, working out at the 24-hour fitness center, running your dog  at the new dog park, walking on the trails or watching the kids work off some energy at the playground. Just outside our community you can enjoy the beautiful parks, including Seneca Creek State Park just two miles away.

We offer five different floor plans  with either 1- or 2- bedrooms. Each pet-friendly home features a large, private patio or balcony, GE energy-saving kitchen appliances, breakfast bar, washer and dryer, large walk-in closets and neutral carpet.
